3. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Once confirmed, the order enters the design and production process.
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing all inputs before submission

4. Pricing & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

5. Design Approval & Artistic Discretion

Heartmoire retains full artistic discretion while ensuring alignment with approved inputs.
Preview images (if shared) are for reference purposes.
Once design approval is given by the customer, the product moves to final production and cannot be altered.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, production complexity, and external factors.
Delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

No returns or refunds on custom-made products
Replacements are offered only in cases of verified damage or defects reported within 48 hours of delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, product images, text, and branding belong to Heartmoire.

Customer-submitted content (photos, stories):

Remains the customer’s property
Grants Heartmoire limited rights to use it strictly for order fulfillment and internal quality purposes
